Golden Ten Data on August 28, in July this year, Russia's Arctic LNG 2 project (Arctic LNG 2) significantly increased processing capacity. The project processed about 28.7 million cubic meters of gas last month, 3.5 times more than in June and the highest level in three months, the sources said. Arctic LNG 2's processing operations increased as the facility prepares for its first LNG export in early August, according to ship tracking data and satellite imagery. So far in August, three tankers have docked at the facility to load LNG cargoes, all part of a "shadow fleet" that Russia may be mustering under a Western ban.
