Market analysis: It is unlikely that the Fed will cut interest rates three times this year.

Jim Smigiel, Chief Investment Officer of SEI, said that the market's expectation of three interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve this year seems excessive. In a report, he stated, "We don't expect to see that scenario." He mentioned that a 25 basis point rate cut in September seems possible, while further cuts in December are still on the table.
