PANews September 20th news, in the 'Growth Hacker Camp' event jointly organized by BeWater and PANews, Calanthia Mei, co-founder of Masa, shared the Web3riseHacker strategy in her keynote speech on 'The Web3 Virality Playbook: Growth Hacking Tactics for Every Project Phase'. She mentioned that Kevin Kelly suggested in his classic article '1,000 True Fans' that creators only need to accumulate 100 true fans, not 1,000. Similarly, Web3 projects only need 100 true 'ambassadors' who genuinely support the project to build a strong core community, which is more important than having a large group of inactive users. Additionally, Web3 projects can attract the first batch of users by implementing corresponding Web3 incentive measures for different user groups, such as 2D (developer testnet), 2B (concept verification), 2C (action-based tasks), etc., to stimulate user interest and engagement. Finally, after becoming mainstream, Web3 projects can achieve widespread dissemination through social media/KOL promotion, event planning, PR/public relations opportunities, activities, and authoritative research institutions.

It is understood that the second session of the 'BeWater Growth Hacker Camp' will be held in Singapore from September 20th to September 21st. This event is jointly organized by BeWater and PANews, aiming to focus on the rise method, stimulate collective wisdom, and explore the essence of marketing together. The event invites top projects and top VC investors who have achieved significant rise in the past half year to discuss 10 exciting topics around core themes such as personal branding and influence, marketing strategy, community culture and organic rise, Web2 user acquisition and retention.
