Jins data November 23, Kyrgyzstan will prohibit the import, sale, and use of electronic cigarettes from July 1, 2025, and President Zapparov signed the relevant law amendment on the local time of the 22nd. According to the Kyrgyz presidential palace website, after the law amendment takes effect, the use or sale of electronic cigarettes in Kyrgyzstan will be fined different amounts depending on the circumstances; if there is a large amount of imported electronic cigarettes or multiple violations of relevant laws, the highest penalty will be 2 years of imprisonment and a high fine.
