Your Mission:
1.Develop and implement a technical support plan for GateChain community developers.
2.Manage technical and community support for community developers on a day-to-day basis across all channels.
3.Create and maintain all documentation, guides, and articles related to development based on GateChain.
4.Provide quality assurance for releases of the GateChain release across all major operating s.
5.Work hand-in-hand with the core engineers to resolve software issues
by triaging, reproducing, documenting, and tracking all bug reports.
6.Lead efforts to foster community and growth across our developer community.
7.Manage key marketing and social media channels related to developer
community and support including discord, telegram, slack, and twitter.
Job Requirements:
1.Prior experience running a validator for a blockchain network
2.Familiarity and experience with the current blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape.
3.A background in technical support, customer support, community management, social media marketing, or software engineering.
4.A passion for decentralized, peer-to-peer s and Web3 technologies
5.Experience troubleshooting common software issues across Windows,Macintosh, and Linux platforms.
6.Familiar with the command line interface and shell ing.
7.A
working knowledge of the Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain or DeFi eco and
the resources available to tap into the existing community.
