[俄罗斯禁止10个地区开展encryptionMining,为期6年] On December 24th, according to the Russian TASS news agency, starting from January 1, 2025, 10 regions of Russia (Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, North Ossetia, Chechnya, Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, as well as Zaporizhzhia and Kherson Oblasts.) will completely ban CryptocurrencyMining for a period of six years. The ban will be in effect until March 15, 2031. Russian lawmakers have also approved seasonal restrictions in major Cryptocurrency Mining areas to prevent power outages. These restrictions are in line with the Russian Cryptocurrency Mining Law signed by the president in August and October 2024.
