Goody Guillén, co-leader of blockchain applications at the law firm BakerHostetler, served as an attorney in the General Counsel's Office of the SEC from 2009 to 2011. Later, he provided consulting services for SEC cases at Kalorama Partners.

The names in the crypto industry praise Guillén's approach to cryptocurrencies and legal expertise. Brendan Playford, co-founder of Masa, used the expression "the best candidate to transform the crypto sector" for Guillén.
