Logan Paul filed a defamation lawsuit against Stephen Findeisen, known as 'Coffeezilla' on YouTube, for his videos about Paul's 2022 NFT project, CryptoZoo, on June 27th.

In the lawsuit filed in the San Antonio, Texas District Court, Paul accused Findeisen of fraud in his CryptoZoo NFT project. According to the application, Paul filed the lawsuit against Findeisen for the damage to his reputation.

The pains of the NFT sector are still ongoing

Coffeezilla has released three YouTube videos on CryptoZoo since the end of 2022, and referred to it as 'Logan Paul's biggest scam,' accusing the YouTuber of defrauding NFT holders by keeping their money without delivering the promised project.

Logan Paul said the following in response to Findeisen's accusations:

"Findeisen knew very well that Paul did not set out to deceive anyone, but rather always aimed to build a blockchain-based game."

Paul holds Eduardo Eddie Ibanez and Jake Greenbaum responsible for the problems that occurred in the project. Paul said he considered suing Findeisen at the end of 2022, but later stepped back to try to fix things with a $1.5 million rescue plan for CryptoZoo.

Despite not making any money from the NFT project when his efforts failed, he spent $1 million between January and March to buy back the NFTs.
