BTC mined an empty block at height 871732 97 minutes ago

On November 24th, according to mempool data, a Miner mined an empty Block (which only contains a Block reward CEX transaction) at BTC height 871732, with a time interval of only 6 seconds from the previous Block height. The Miner's decision to package an Empty Block is based on economic considerations, and it is the wisest choice for the Miner. In order to make full use of this time for Mining and avoid conflicts with transactions packaged in the parent Block, the Miner cannot fill the Block with transactions, which means the Miner can only attempt to mine an Empty Block.
