Bloomberg: Zhu Su's wife sells a luxury house in Singapore for $38.5 million

On November 2, according to Bloomberg, despite some of the couple's other assets being frozen by the court, Tao Yaqiong (also known as Evelyn), the wife of Zhu Su, co-founder of Three Arrows Capital, still sold her luxury home in Singapore for 51 million Singapore dollars (38.5 million US dollars). According to real estate records seen by Bloomberg, the deal was signed in July and completed last month. The prime bungalow is located on Dalvey Road near the Singapore Botanic Gardens, covering an area of 1,446 square meters (15,568 square feet). Tao Yaqiong purchased the house in 2020 for 28.5 million Singapore dollars and subsequently redeveloped it.
