Puffer is a decentralized restaking liquidity protocol built on Eigenlayer, allowing anyone to easily run Ethereum validators. With an initial capital of less than 2 ETH, users can access PoS and Restaking rewards. This protocol protects Ethereum neutrality by limiting validator participation. NoOps locks the Validator Ticket to run the validator, while stakers deposit ETH to receive puETH tokens whose value increases as the protocol grows.
