The Korean won has fallen for five consecutive weeks, with a cumulative decline of over 12% since the end of September.

Jinshi data, December 28, Friday (December 27), the Korean won finally fell 0.18% against the US dollar, reporting 1470.89, previously falling to 1487.03 at one point, continuing to approach the 1500 mark and the 2009 March 11 low of 1508.95. The currency pair fell 1.79% this week, with a cumulative decline of 12.60% since the end of September.
