The altcoin has been stable for a few hours, and is currently considering the restart of first-tier and second-tier coins. However, the restart must be when BTC can only rise, in order to make money. So there is no determination to restart. If promoting coins again, the focus will still be on a stable lineup, with a breakout lineup as a supplement. This is how I consider the current Node.
