As of 12:00 GMT, Bitcoin price was $40407.25 and Ether’s price was $2593.14. After experiencing the recent rise, Bitcoin’s price has looked strong. Bitcoin pricehas been fluctuating near the critical value of $40,000. On the daily, the MACD is bullish and the market buy signal is relatively clear. The RSI buy signal is strong, and the 1-day price moving average is about to exceed the 30-day price moving average. The $40,000 range will be an important psychological point for Bitcoin’s price, and the long and short parties may play a game of “tug a war” at this price point.
The Xiong’an government has completed the first “on-chain” payment of digital yuan as wages to the builders. Xiong’an is a relatively new area, it’s a city located about 60 miles southwest of Beijing and has served as a testing ground for digital yuan for years.

According to Decrypt, the Internal Services Revenue(IRS) has now turned their eyes to Telegram - a privacy-preserving chat app that encrypts users’ messages. It’s thought that the app is being used for laundering dirty or stolen funds.
