A cute little frog whose commonly mistaken for Pepe, and there’s a good chance that anyone listening in right now has at least one Apu saved in their phone or PC. Apu was tokenized and put on the blockchain under two months ago, and within a week of him being live, the dev croaked on the project and abandoned it.
The community, fueled with passion and love for Apu, immediately sprung to action and ever since we’ve been a Community Takeover. The community has already tackled a lot of projects. Well our priorities as always is to acquire more CEX listings and focus on Marketing initiatives to help expand and spread the word of Apu.We’ve taken some internal steps to help position ourself for the next set of listings, and additionally in the last few weeks have deployed some of our marketing initiatives such as the New York advertisements and online articles. At the end of the day, I explain it as an Education Campaign. A majority of post made from PEPE Accounts/Influencers are actually posting $APU. What happens when people become educated on the difference and realize that Apu is the cute little green frog they thought PEPE was? Everyday this fact becomes more legitimized.
