Gate Ventures, the venture capital arm of Gate.io, is focusing on investments in decentralized infrastructure, ecosystems, and applications. Working with industry leaders worldwide, Gate Ventures is prepared to help promising teams and startups that have the ideas to redefine social and financial interactions.

SEBA Bank
Gate Ventures has participated in SEBA Bank’s $119M Series C round as a consortium member with Altive. SEBA Bank, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, is a FINMA-licensed bank that offers digital banking, trading, and custody services for institutional investors and HNWIs.

WOO
Gate Ventures’ investment in WOO Network, a trading platform offering deep liquidity between CeFi and DeFi worlds. We participated in WOO’s $30m Series A round as a key investor with Three Arrows Capital, PSP Soteria Ventures, and others.

1inch
Gate Ventures has invested in 1inch’s $175M Series B led by Amber Group. 1inch plans to launch a compliant platform for institutional clients in the US and Europe. As DeFi grows exponentially, it is important to actively explore the regulatory uncertainty. Platforms and tools like 1inch could serve as the bridge between DeFi and TradFi.
