Contest 1 - Chinese New Year NFT Contest (Crypto Rabbit)

To celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year - the Year of the Rabbit, Gate NFT is launching the Chinese New Year NFT Contest with huge prizes. Everyone is invited to design and submit their own NFT artwork themed around the Year of the Rabbit according to the official template, which is 2023’s animal based on the Chinese zodiac.

1. Event stages

Event duration: January 17, 8:00 AM (UTC) - January 30, 8:00 AM (UTC)
Creation stage: January 17, 8:00 AM (UTC) - January 25, 8:00 AM (UTC)
Voting period: January 25, 8:00 AM (UTC) - January 30, 8:00 AM (UTC)
Prize distribution: Within 5 working days after the event ends on January 30, 8:00 AM (UTC).

2. How to participate

Anyone can enter the contest by creating original artwork and submitting through the submission form, so long as the submission follows all applicable rules and guidelines.

1.Creation requirements:
a) Entries must have distinct NFT design characteristics combined with Gate.io brand elements.
b) Creation with local cultural elements is preferred.
c) Including but not limited to emojis, pictures, videos, music, cartoon images, and other creative NFT works.
d) The design style, form of expression, and use of software are not limited, but only digital works should be submitted via the submission form.
e) Submissions must follow the submission form format, including the creator, image name, creation instructions, etc.

2.The works participating in the collection must respect the copyright of the original creators. Piracy, infringement, and plagiarism are strictly prohibited, and the artwork must not contain content that infringes the copyright, portrait rights, and other personal rights of other individuals. Violence, blood, adult content, pirated images and other inappropriate content that violates relevant laws are prohibited.

3.Gate.io owns the copyright of all entries in the competition, including the rights to use, modify, authorize, license, transfer, dispose of, benefit from, etc., and they can be used for sales and marketing promotion, including the right to display in exhibition, publication, collection, television, network, print or broadcast media.

4.All submissions will be posted in Gate.io channel for users to vote for. The submission that received the highest votes will win this contest.

5.The final interpretation of this event belongs to Gate.io.

As part of celebrations for the Chinese New Year, Gate NFT is launching a Free mint event with 5 NFT collections. Users can collect certain amounts of these NFTs to earn New Year NFT blind box prizes or tokens.

1.This event is only for real-name users. A real-name user can only participate with one account, and sub-accounts are not used as independent accounts to participate in the event.

2.The reward form of this event is one of two choices, and the platform will issue rewards according to the snapshot results. If the user collects all levels, the reward will be issued according to “Collect 15 rare NFTs”; if the reward has been issued, the official airdrop NFT of “Collect 12 different rarity works” will be issued accordingly.

3.Rewards for “Collect of 15 rare NFTs” are limited, Gate.io will rewards users in accordance with the order of the user finishing collecting. The sooner users finish collecting, the more likely they are to win.
