Eligible users are qualified for APR as outlined in the table below:

*Estimated Total Flexible APR = Market Rate + Bonus APR + New User Boost. Market APR is subject to fluctuations based on market conditions. The additional reward is part of the platform's ongoing reward mechanism and will be distributed in GT tokens to user accounts, offering higher APR for specific subscription tiers. Only successfully lent funds are eligible to earn interest.

**Reward Rules**:
1.The subscription limit for the New User Boost is 2,000 USDT and 0.5 ETH.
2.The New User Boost will be distributed based on the net investment within 7 days of the initial subscription. Each user can only receive the new user boost once during the event, calculated based on the earliest subscribed asset.
3.Simple Earn Net Investment = New Subscription Volume during the event - New Redemption Volume during the event. Pre-event subscription volumes are not included in the calculation.
• For example, if a user subscribes to 3,000 USDT, the first 2,000 USDT will be eligible for the New User Boost according to the rules. Rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the event ends.

**Notes**:
1.All event data will be based on the export from Gate.io's backend.
2.The event is only open to users with valid identity verification. Each verified user can participate with only one account; sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts.
3.Users whose redemption volume is equal to or exceeds their subscription volume during the event will be deemed to have forfeited participation in the Simple Earn event.
4.Event rewards will be distributed in GT tokens equivalent to USDT/ETH, with precision up to 0.0001. They will be credited to the wallet account within 14 working days after the event ends and can be viewed under "Assets— Transaction History."
5.Risk Warning: Users should be aware that virtual currency trading is subject to market, policy, and other factors, leading to significant market volatility. Please be cautious of market risks and trade prudently.
6.To ensure the interests of all participants and maintain fairness, any cheating behavior during the event is strictly prohibited. If discovered, participation eligibility will be revoked immediately.
