Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) Ranked in the Top Three Among 740 ETFs! -When Will Solana ETF Be Approved? ETF Analyst Explained!

As the last two days of 2024 approach, this year has been a milestone for Bitcoin (BTC)** and cryptocurrencies.

At the forefront of this event was undoubtedly the approval by the US SEC of spot Bitcoin ETFs in January and spot Ethereum ETFs in May.

While the Bitcoin ETF market is booming with significant inflows, Ethereum ETFs have not delivered the expected performance. However, ETF Store President Nate Geraci said that 2024 was a year of significant achievements in crypto ETFs.

Nate Geraci pointed out the increasing dominance of crypto-focused ETFs, saying that among the 740 ETFs launched in 2024, crypto ETFs took the first eight places in terms of entries.

Geraci said four of the first eight ETFs are spot Bitcoin ETFs, two are spot Ethereum ETFs, and the other two are ETFs following MicroStrategy (MSTR).

According to the analyst's sharing, BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF IBIT and Fidelity's FBTC ETF are among the top two popular ETFs, followed by BlackRock's Ethereum ETF ETHA.

In another post, Nate Geraci stated that approval of Solana spot ETFs is expected in 2025 after Trump takes office.
