According to the latest announcement from NADA Protocol Token (NADA) official, NADA will undergo a 1:1 token exchange. After receiving the relevant announcement, Gate.io strives to provide convenient exchange services for users. After multiple communications with the project party, we regret to learn that the project party will not provide token exchange for users on the platform. Therefore, Gate.io has decided to delist all trading markets of NADA Protocol Token (NADA), including the NADA/USDT spot trading pair, quantitative grid, Simple Earn, and Margin Trading. We will hold the NADA team accountable for the losses caused to the platform and users due to violations of commercial contracts and other irregularities. In order to protect the interests of users, Gate.io will provide a 100% NADA Token buyback service for users.

Gate.io will take the following steps:

1. Gate.io has suspended the recharge and trading service of NADA Protocol Token (NADA). 2）Gate.io has closed the addition of leverage lending and collateral lending for NADA Protocol Token (NADA).
2. Gate.io will delist the NADA Protocol Token (NADA) trading market, including the NADA_USDT Spot trading pair, Quantitative Grid, Simple Earn, and Margin Trading.
3. If there is a quantitative trading strategy that is currently being executed, it will be forcibly stopped after the announcement is issued.
4. If you still have assets in Simple Earn, it will be forcibly stopped after the announcement is issued.
5. Users who have outstanding NADA Protocol Token (NADA) loans in the Margin Trading market will be automatically settled and repaid after the announcement.
6. After the delisting of NADA Protocol Token (NADA) from the trading market, if users who hold positions do not want to participate in the buyback, please make sure to withdraw your tokens as soon as possible to avoid losses.
