Copper withdraws Cryptocurrency registration application in the UK

Copper Technologies, an encryption custody company based in London, has withdrawn its application for registration with the UK financial regulatory authority and instead focused on overseas markets. This decision was made after Amar Kuchinad took office as the new CEO of Copper. Copper will seek licenses or self-regulatory approvals in Switzerland, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, and other places. Copper had planned to expand to the United States after Trump was elected and apply for custody or currency transmission licenses.
