FIL L2 project Akave completed a $3.45 million financing and launched YuccaTestnet

PANews November 11th news, according to Akave's official blog, the Decentralization data storage project Akave has successfully completed a financing of $3.45 million. This round of financing was participated by Protocol Labs, Blockchange VC, Lightshift, and Blockchain Builders Fund. The funds raised will be used to accelerate the development of Akave in on-chain data management. Akave has launched the Yucca testnet, open to early testers, for exploring on-chain data storage and programmability. As a hot storage Layer 2 solution for FIL, Akave provides tools for enterprises, AI companies, and DEP developers to go beyond traditional cloud storage, build on-chain data lakes, and drive the development of data ownership and new data monetization models. In addition, the FIL L2 project Storacha also announced the launch of its Alpha version network of the FIL ecosystem, focusing on high-performance hot storage, mainly targeting high-demand application scenarios such as games, AI, and DePIN. Storacha, founded by core developers of FIL and FIL, is committed to providing a distributed storage experience comparable to traditional S3.
