BlockBeats news, on October 9th, Lookonchain reported that the US government seems to be able to freely sell the 69,370 BTC confiscated from Silk Road. Previously, on October 7th, the US Supreme Court refused to hear the case of Battle Born Investments regarding ownership of the 69,370 BTC (about 4.33 billion US dollars) confiscated from Silk Road, giving the government full control of the confiscated funds.
