Report: The complex operations of encryptionWallet have to some extent hindered the development of Web3 games
BlockBeats news, on October 8th, Web3 game protocol Elympics collaborated with the Blockchain Game Alliance (BGA) and blockchain game data tracker PlayToEarn to produce an industry report titled: "The Future of Web3 Games is Full of Competition: 2024 Global Gaming Report." The report studied the current state of blockchain games and surveyed 1,000 gamers worldwide to collect their views on Web3 games. Over 10% of respondents said that the process of using a Cryptocurrency Wallet is too complicated and is the main reason they do not play Web3 games. At the same time, 7.3% of respondents said they do not understand the value of Web3 games. In addition, 2.4% of players said they are satisfied with Web2 games. Furthermore, 9.1% of participants said that blockchain-based games are not attractive to them. When asked why they play games, many participants said that Airdrops and the potential to earn money are their main reasons. Another popular reason is the opportunity to compete with other players.
