Nasdaq-listed company Hilbert Group AB has announced that it has agreed to acquire digital asset management company Liberty Road Capital (LRC). The structure of this acquisition is a purchase of only equity assets, including the profit and prepayment portions. Hilbert Group will acquire the entire business of Liberty Road, including all asset management protocols, existing customer relationships, all intellectual property, and key employees. The terms of the transaction ensure that Hilbert retains all the total revenue of the acquired business. For this purpose, Hilbert Group and Liberty Road have signed a binding list of terms.
