BlockBeats report, on October 4th, according to Bloomberg, CEX Global Inc. will delist all unauthorized stablecoins from its Cryptoactifs platform before the end of the year, which could potentially impact tokens such as USDT from Tether Holdings Ltd. The European Union is expected to fully implement new regulatory rules for the encryption industry by the end of this year, known as the MiCA (Market in Crypto-Assets) Regulation. Under MiCA, regulation of stablecoin issuers came into effect on June 30th, requiring them to obtain authorization as Monnaie électronique in at least one member state. Guidance for Cryptoactifs platforms and other companies operating in the EU will take effect from December 31st.
