According to the BitTorrent team, the 1000- for- 1 BTT split will be activated on Dec 16, 2021. Gate.io has completed the token swap on Gate.io for users.

We will commence the new BTT token trading at 08:00 AM UTC on 17 Dec . The new BTT token will use the ticker $BTT. The old BTT tokens deposited after the swap will be credited as BTTOLD, withdraw-able to your personal wallet only, you can swap them yourself.

Important Notice: After this token swap, the value of the new BTT token would be 1/1000 that of the old BTT token, without considering other factors that might impact the price. Please pay close attention to the price when you place orders.
