Gate.io Launches Unified Account Margin with Simple Earn Funds Integration
Dear Gate.io Users,
In an effort to further enhance your fund utilization on Gate.io and to improve the convenience of operations between trading and financial management, we have introduced the function of Simple Earn funds as part of the unified account funds.
Function Overview:
1. Margin Account Setting: You can control whether to use Simple Earn funds as margin in the Unified Account through the account mode switch.
2. Fund Integration: With this function enabled, your funds in Simple Earn will be counted as margin in the Unified Account’s currency balance. Please note that these funds will continue to accrue interest in Simple Earn but will no longer be used for spot trading.
3. Liquidation Protection: If your unified account faces liquidation risk, we will gradually redeem the funds according to the liquidation order to avoid a one-time clearance of your financial management funds.
