The Phi tập trung AI Alliance (DAIS), formed by eight founding members, including CETI AI, FIL Foundation, Bloq, Hypercycle, Morpheus, Hemi, Odyssey, and Lumerin, was officially established on September 18, according to BlockBeats news. The alliance aims to address the risk of tech giants monopolizing the AI industry. Michael Casey, the chairman of DAIS, previously served as the Chief Content Officer of CoinDesk and Chairman of the Consensus Conference. During the Token2049 blockchain conference in Singapore, Casey stated that the Phi tập trung AI community recognizes the significant advantage centralized platforms have gained in the AI era, as they have access to all data, computing power, and even control over regulatory agencies. The organization plans to tackle this challenge through four aspects: introducing capital to Phi tập trung AI, participating in the formulation of AI regulatory policies, promoting Phi tập trung AI education, and developing new algorithms for distributed learning models.
