Borrowing Rate and Loan Cap

The funds borrowed via margin borrowing and Crypto Loan all come from the Simple Earn funding pool. Therefore, the rules for borrowing rates and loan caps are the same.

1. Borrowing Rate: Updated every hour on the hour based on market conditions.

2. Interest Calculation and Deduction Mechanism: Interest will be calculated based on the current hourly interest rate on the hour after funds are successfully borrowed. For margin borrowing, interest calculated will be deducted immediately; while for Crypto Loan, interest will be counted as part of the outstanding loan amount.

3. Loan Cap: The actual borrowable amount is the smallest one among Margin Borrowable, the borrowable amount calculated by the account available margin or collateral in Crypto Loan; Pool Available, available funds for borrowing in the Simple Earn pool; Individual Loan Cap, loan cap offered by the platform for each user, which varies according to different VIP tiers. You can increase your individual loan cap by raising your VIP tier, increasing account balance, or completing more advanced KYC verification.

Note: The respective loan caps for Unified Account loans, isolated margin loans, Crypto Loan are independent from each other.

For Example:

User A has 200,000 USDT available as margin in the Unified Account. According to the fixed 3x leverage (an initial margin level of 33%) in Unified Account loans, user A's Margin Borrowable is 606,060.60 USDT. The Pool Available now is 800,000,000 USDT. However, user A's Individual Loan Cap is 30,0000 USDT. Therefore, the actual borrowable amount of user A is = min{Margin Borrowable, Pool Available, Individual Loan Cap} = 300,000 USDT. Therefore, the Max Borrowable is 300,000 USDT.

The above scenario is based on the premise that the Borrowed in Unified Account is 0. If not, the Borrowed should be deducted. In this case, the actual borrowable amount = min{Account Available Margin/Account Initial Margin Level/USDT Value of Last Price, Pool Available, Individual Loan Cap - Borrowed}.

Note: Due to possible risk control measures, the individual loan cap may be affected by other factors. The actual borrowable amount shown in the borrowing page shall prevail.
