O julgamento criminal do co-fundador da Tornado Cash, Roman Storm, foi adiado para abril de 2025.

A Golden Finance report states that a New York judge ruled that the criminal trial of Roman Storm, co-founder of Tornado Cash, will be postponed until April 2025 to resolve the discrepancies disclosed by expert witnesses. The original trial date was set for December this year. Storm's legal team has applied for a writ of mandamus to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, seeking to overturn the order regarding expert witnesses, with a hearing scheduled for November 12th. Storm is accused of three charges, including aiding money laundering, unlicensed remittances, and violating sanctions. If convicted, he could face up to 45 years in prison.
