Compliance Director

Job Responsibilities :

1.Oversees and manages the overall company-wide compliance issues within the organization and shared services environment, develops compliance strategies in compliance with various regulatory requirements and constantly update according to the company’s development; Lead relevant license applications.

2.Implement, updates and enforce the policies and communicate to the stakeholders and responsible for employees' training;

3.liaise with regulatory agencies, coordinate with external stakeholders such as banks, vendors, lawyers, and consultants;

4.Performs any other activities as required.

Job Requirements :

1.Bachelor degree in Law, Finance, or relevant field,LLM or JD is a strong plus.

2.Minimum 5 years of Compliance working experience as a senior role in Financial Institutions ，Virtual asset experience is a big plus.

3.Holding CAMS or other compliance related certificates is highly preferred.

4.Good relationship and past experiences interacting with FINTRAC, OSC, BCSC, IIROC or other regulatory bodies is a strong plus.

Job Responsibilities:
