Draw a picture (digital or hand-drawing) with a Christmas or New Year theme, also with the Gate Charity logo, post it on social media with hashtags #gatecharity #drawing and fill out the form below.Make sure to upload a high-quality photo/image of your work, it will be minted to an NFT and put on sale. All proceeds from the sale will be used for charity activities held by Gate Charity.
What you will get
1.You will be whitelisted to draw an AMA mystery box as long as you participate in this activity. The prize pool includes random tokens, Gate.io points and future bonuses.https://www.gate.io/activities/ama-bonus
2. Users will have the opportunity to win prizes once they submit their work. We will randomly select 20 lucky entries from the users to give a participation prize of $5-10 equivalent, including tokens, bonuses, points, etc; For those who complete a selected work(With high quality) will have a chance to get $50~200 random tokens in rewards.

You hereby grant to Gate.io and Gate Charity (together, “Gate”) a free, sub-licensable and exclusive license globally to use, copy, modify, reproduce and display your drawings and/or artworks based on which non-fungible tokens will be minted for the purpose of this event (“NFTs”). For the avoidance of any doubt, this means Gate may mint NFTs based on your drawings and artworks submitted hereof for the purpose of participating in this event (“Artworks”) and sell these NFTs. You will not receive any fees or commissions in connection with or from the sale of the NFTs and the proceeds derived from the sale of these NFTs will be donated and/or used for charity purposes.

You warrant and represent that you own all legal and beneficial rights, title and interest in all intellectual property rights of the Artworks.

You warrant and represent that the mint or production, sale, display or performance of NFTs on relevant webpages or sites by Gate is not a violation of any agreement, contract, or obligation owed to a third party and not a contravention of any applicable laws.

You acknowledge, confirm and warrant that neither the Artworks nor its posting, uploading, publication, submission or transmittal of the Artworks or Gate’s use of the Artworks will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third Party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

You represent and warrant that all information you submit in connection with this event is true, accurate and complete.

Anyone who violates or breaches the terms and conditions set forth hereof will be disqualified from participating in this event and Gate reserves the right to hold responsible and/or take legal actions against the persons who violates or breaches these terms and conditions.

The event rewards can be superimposed, which will be issued in the form of trial funds for copiers, valid for 7 days.
