Interactive Brokers founder: Suggests people allocate 2% to 3% of their net worth to Bitcoin

PANews reported on December 12th that Thomas Peterffy, the billionaire founder of the retail brokerage firm Interactive Brokers Group Inc., stated that despite the large Fluctuation in BTC, investors should hold a certain amount of BTC, but the position should be limited. He said, "I suggest people allocate 2% to 3% of their net assets to BTC. For example, we will not allow anyone to allocate more than 10% of their assets to BTC because I think that would be very dangerous." He expressed some fear due to the Fluctuation in the price of Cryptocurrency. He said, "It has no potential value. Its only value is the same as the paper U.S. dollar, which is worthless. I think anyone who does not have BTC should have some BTC, but not too much." It is reported that in 2021, Interactive Brokers launched Cryptocurrency trading, allowing users to trade BTC, Ethereum, Litecoin, and BCH on the platform through cooperation with encryption broker Paxos Trust Co. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Thomas Peterffy's net worth is approximately $53 billion.
