BlockBeats news, on October 9th, Lookonchain reported that the US government seems to be able to freely sell the 69,370 BTC confiscated from Silk Road. Previously, on October 7th, the US Supreme Court refused to hear the case of Battle Born Investments regarding ownership of the 69,370 BTC (about 4.33 billion US dollars) confiscated from Silk Road, giving the government full control of the confiscated funds. The US government's last move of BTC was 2 months ago, when it moved 29,800 BTC (about 2.02 billion US dollars), of which 10,000 BTC (about 594 million US dollars) were transferred to CEXPrime. The US government currently still holds 203,239 BTC (about 12.63 billion US dollars), of which 69,370 BTC (about 4.33 billion US dollars) related to Silk Road have been dormant in Wallet "bc1qa5" for 4 years.
